The wellness & fitness room comes with weights & exercise equipment for an in-home workout or yoga session and a small fridge for a cool post-workout drink. There is also a laundry room with an in-unit washer & dryer as well as a sink, a half-bath powder room, and ample driveway space for cars. The entire home comes with air conditioning for optimal temperature control and comfort.
